Here at 1-800Accountant, we work primarily with small and medium sized businesses to provide them with access to an Accountant for things like payroll or tax preparation for their business. Then once they sign up for service, they will be assigned an accountant who will help them through both phone and email based correspondence.

Inside Sales Representative Job Duties:

• Conduct consultations with prospects over the phone
• Enter in client and sales information into our CRM system (Sales Force)
• Outbound calling to provide information that will help new business owners succeed 
• Explore their needs to match with the correct accounting services at the right time
• Translate your passion for helping others into a successful career

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience highly preferred but if you have the will and confidence to learn we will teach you!!!
• Experience with computer sales software is highly preferred but we will provide training for our CRM system.
• Be enthusiastic and have a passion for helping people
• Have strong work ethic and thrive in a performance-based culture
• Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills

Minimum Education: High School Diploma, Associates Degree Preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday /9am-5:30pm or 11:00 am to 7:30 pm

Location: Work from home position/ Must have your own High Speed Internet and cell phone service. 

Compensation: Annual Base Salary plus commission
