About the role
The Inside Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting in the forecasting and business planning process, driving program-focused analytics, and accelerating the adoption of new technologies, techniques, & processes to better the organization. An ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of being resourceful, a self-starter, and have a passion for innovation and change.
The Inside Sales Operations Manager will be joining the Sales Operations Team within the Sales organization and working closely with our inside sales leaders (sales development, growth, and acquisition teams). The Sales Ops team is relied on for global sales reporting around historical performance, pipeline, and planning. You'll do this through leveraging email automation, CRM technology and guiding your partners in sales, growth, and marketing to drive our experimentation, tools, processes, and reporting. Our overall objective as part of the Sales organization is to drive pipeline generation, accelerate deal velocity, and enable our sales team to continue providing value to our customers in the most efficient way possible.
What You'll Be Working On:
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and work with cross-functional groups to implement these improvements.
- Work with Inside Sales leadership to identify opportunities for improvement (this could be workflow-related issues to enhancing investments in our techstack)
- Drive adoption and program enablement in the following tools: Outreach, 6Sense, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Deliver sales analytics, dashboards, and reports to key stakeholders that tie into the overall growth plans.
- Involvement in many ad-hoc projects where you'll be able to take ownership of different initiatives.
- Support the implementation of Sales productivity, planning, and reporting tools.
- Contribute to the development of sales compensation & incentives that align with our broader GTM strategy
- Execute projects to improve our go-to-market operations.
About You:
- Previous sales operations experience, growth, or related experience
- You are both comfortable creating strategy as well as participating in the day-to-day tactical work
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven decision making, time-management skills, detail orientation, and ability to multitask
- Experience with using Salesforce required
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a focus on learning with a continuous improvement mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Finance or equivalent experience
