Description and Requirements
We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Sales Team in Morrisville, NC as an Inside Sales Solutions Manager - US Corporate. . The Inside Sales Solutions Manager position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo products and selling against the competition. This individual will lead a department of inside sales representatives in selling Lenovo products, services, solutions to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls.
Who You'll Work With:
We manufacture one of the world's most extensive portfolios of connected products, including: PCs (ThinkPad, Yoga, Lenovo Legion), tablets, smartphones and workstations; as well as augmented and virtual reality, data center, smart home office solutions, software and services. In this role you will be supporting our Intelligent Device Group (IDG). The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices. We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service solutions. At Lenovo we strive to put more innovation in the hands of more people so they can do more amazing things.
Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and cultivate client relationships as well as achieving profit and revenue objectives
  • Be a leader in building and developing processes driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, new account development, repeat sales, product upgrades, problem resolution, sales campaign programs, and business controls to maximize results
  • Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needs
  • Manage a team of inside sales representatives • Acquisition and transition opportunities
  • Manage all aspects of complex sales and drive to close.


Position Requirements:

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • At least 2 years previous sales team leadership and/or management required
  • Must have worked in a quota-carrying sales environment


Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous field (outside) sales experience and inside sales experience preferred
  • PC Industry/IT Hardware sales preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and ability to influence others.
  • Demonstrated experience in showing quarter over quarter growth in sales revenue with large accounts
