Joining Collibra’s Inside Sales team:

Are you a motivator, process-junkie, and natural team captain? Do you make work enjoyable, push your teammates and know how to execute & deliver? Collibra is seeking a Manager for our ever growing Inside Sales team (BDRs). As a manager on our BDR team, you will become an expert on Collibra and help define a market space where enterprise business users can find, trust and understand their data.

Inside Sales Managers at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Manage a team of 6-8 world class BDRs who drive outbound lead generation and cultivate relationships to drive opportunities and our customer’s success.
  • Recruit, train, coach, mentor & promote new/inexperienced BDRs.
  • Act as a true “leader-coach” and team player to drive process and performance improvement.
  • Continually optimize sales cadences, campaigns, and collateral for optimal results.
  • Prioritize 1:1’s and develop your team's talent to grow into new opportunities at Collibra.

You Have:

  • BA/BS Degree required, MBA an advantage
  • 2-3 years insides sales, business development and/or sales development
  • 1-2 years team management and/or large scale project management
  • Experience in software B2B sales
  • Experience using salesforce

Reporting to Collibra’s Senior Manager of Inside Sales, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will understand the motivators and drivers for your team, meet with all of your stakeholders and start to implement team initiatives.
  • Within your third month, you will have achieved team quota for the past 2 months.
  • Within your sixth month, you will have achieved team quota for the past 5 months.
