Account Manager - Dell Financial Services

Location: United States (Remote)

You will:
The Financial Services Account Manager role involves identifying opportunities and adding revenues for Dell Financial Services.
  • Work with Dell sales representatives to help close identified opportunities
  • Increase volume and penetration rate of leasing by uncovering new accounts and expanding our footprint with existing customers
  • Establish credibility in your business unit by displaying knowledge with the Dell sales teams and their leadership.
  • Coach, train and develop Dell Internal and External sales reps, leaders, and executives to the standards set by DFS
  • Produce business forecasts as required by your manager
  • Manage and control all customer and Dell satisfaction issues in line with company guidelines, ensuring that any customer issues are swiftly and professionally resolved

  • College Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an inside or outside sales professional
  • Solid financial acumen foundation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to self-start, highly organized and motivate in a remote work environment


Desirable Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of Technology from the Cloud to the Edge
  • Knowledge of consumption-based payment solutions and the IT industry
