Inside Sales Account Executive (Luxury Specialist)
The Luxury Specialist (LS) is a key inside sales position at The RealReal. As an LS, you will drive new business by acquiring consigned items from our new clients. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can adapt to shifting priorities to achieve and exceed sales goals. You're customer-obsessed, adaptable, and passionate about luxury brands, fashion, and sustainability. What You Get To Do Everyday
- Drive acquisition of consigned goods from new consignors
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing team
- Leverage strong consignor relationships to gain referrals for new consignors
- Outreach daily to existing clients (90-100 per day)
- Provide an outstanding customer experience
- Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury
What You Bring To The Table

The expected salary range for this role is $26.00 - $26.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
