What We Need

The Brady Corporation location in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to process incoming phone calls and enter orders (for signs, tags, and labels) into Brady's SAP ERP system. This position will address customer inquiries and uncover customers' additional safety product and service needs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Resolve customer issues and meet customer needs through inbound calls and emails
  • Educate customers on products and services available
  • Utilize First Call Resolution on prior orders
  • Achieve call quality, productivity, and accuracy targets
  • Utilize multiple computer systems (Excel, SAP (ERP)) and 2-3 computer monitors


What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers
  • Excellent voice quality, tone, pronunciation, and inflection
  • Strong computer, web navigation, and data entry skills
  • Working knowledge of proper grammar and spelling
  • Professional and confident demeanor
  • Basic math calculations (percentages, costs, tax, etc.) for order processing
  • Open to observation and coaching


Desired Knowledge, Skills Abilities

  • Experience in Telesales or Customer Service, call center environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve individual and team targets
  • Safety, Construction, Manufacturing, Oil Gas, or Education knowledge
  • College degree
