Job Description

Our Allentown, PA location is seeking a highly self-motivated and team-oriented IAM Sales Coordinator to join our Segment 2 Sales team at our Snowdrift location. THE POSITION
Core Responsibilities: • Provide communication of sales information to the S2 sales and product management team to include but is not limited to product announcements, sales trend data by customer, customer portal information, etc.• Monitor Key Customer backorders & fill-rate daily; provide sales order status information to the sales managers on key accounts and assist in finding out reasons for the backorders and any issues; facilitate resolution of the issues with other departments such as Customer Service, Finance, etc.• Responsible for compiling monthly sales Trend Report; obtain field sales information from IAM team members as requested• Act as internal contact for Sales Managers as it relates to Key Account requests; assist in resolving key account requests• Process monthly on-demand Customer Credit(s) and accruals; review and include sales data from SAP and submit eSign for credit• Generate monthly sales information from the customer portals and organize data to show trends, calculate percentages, etc. • Support processing of monthly sales commissions & rebates in coordination with Finance and Sales Manager including reconciliation and generation for payment• Support customer proposal & quotations as needed for new customers or new programs for existing customers; work with Finance and Sales Manager to review/finalize data in proposal or quote as needed; track expiration dates of proposals/quotes as needed

Additional Responsibilities:• Provide assistance and attend as needed at Industry and Customer Trade Shows • Create and/or revise powerpoint presentations as needed for IAM team Provide materials needed for customer events, tradeshows, etc. to MarComm and coordinate with MarComm to ensure everything is timely for the event• Prepare data and reporting for daily Operations meeting (daily sales report, RVO, and daily shipping monitor)

Competencies:• Microsoft Office proficiency• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work with multiple departments within the organization• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills• Ability to multi-task• Ability to work around tight sales deadlines

Job Requirements

Job Requirements :• High School Diploma or GED• 1+ years' experience in a supporting or administrative function• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Computer proficiency• Ability to travel locally 15%• Must be able to read, write and speak English
