Hybrid Solution Sales Executive

Deloitte Services LP is looking for a top-performing, senior Sales Executive to pursue clients within a new 'start-up' business within its Enterprise Performance offering portfolio.

The Business

AIOPS.D is a first-of-its-kind business and subscription offering designed to help clients quickly and easily implement AI-fueled autonomous business processes across industries and functions. Organizations are increasingly turning to microservices to quickly build, test and deploy cloud-native applications. AIOPS.D delivers a microservices platform and subscription-based managed services offering, combined with deep domain experience from Deloitte and its ecosystem collaborators to help these organizations deploy full-service enterprise AI applications at scale. With AIOPS.D, organizations can drive efficiency and capitalize on human and machine collaboration to create value and meaning through work.

The AIOPS.D offering helps address several key challenges that clients face today, including:

  • Enabling autonomous business process operations
  • Accelerating time to deployment for autonomous business processes
  • Solving for the scarcity of marketplace talent via automation
  • Reducing total business process costs
  • Injecting real-time insights into the organization by augmenting existing ERP systems with new intelligent applications
  • Elevating the human experience with touchless transactions, managing the business by exception with digital workflows, and bringing work to people, not people to work

What you'll do:

The Hybrid Solution Sales Executive is responsible for:

  • Selling subscription-based AI + Cloud-based micro-assets with high ROI:
    • Helping clients unlock the value of autonomous business operations by positioning quicker 'time-to-impact' microservices or assets that can be deployed in 90 days or less
    • Positioning Deloitte's proprietary platform and ecosystem partners to help in their continuous innovation efforts, improve operational efficiency, lower the client's risk to adoption, and allow business to scale when outcomes are proven
  • Creating awareness, building relationships with key executives, and developing/pursuing leads focusing on building microservices assets based on outcome-as-a-service concept
  • Co-creating go-to-market with Ecosystems and Alliances vendors like: SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Workday, ServiceNow, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure
  • Supporting and/or direct marketing campaigns
  • Assisting account teams to qualify and win opportunities
  • Infiltrating and influencing decision-makers at the highest levels within 'large enterprise' and 'mid-market' accounts
  • Leveraging executive level relationships to introduce Deloitte LLP, and create and pursue selling opportunities
  • Demand management, i.e., work with the consultants and delivery groups to determine solution details and value proposition
  • Teamwork, fostering relationships, and developing consensus

Required Qualifications:

  • Successful track record of sales, selling AI, Cloud, SaaS solutions with a focus on subscription revenue
  • A minimum of 10+ years' experience
  • Experience in consultative and solution selling
  • Significant business relationships with senior client executives
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Strong presentation skills
  • An ability to gain access and influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations
  • Travel up to 60%
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Undergraduate degree/Advanced Degree

Working together with Partners, Principals and Managing Directors, these sales executives focus their highly skilled efforts in securing relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process.
