Head of Sales Enablement
Nayya is seeking a Head of Sales Enablement to help drive learning initiatives across the sales organization and help support our growth. As the Head of Sales Enablement, you are the subject matter expert on learning programs from new hire onboarding, skill development, and learning systems. You will help create structure to ensure our sales teams are provided the tools and resources needed to be successful.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate training needs of the Sales organization and develop learning resources
- Act as a trusted advisor to our Sales team and work closely with Sales leadership to define and communicate expectations and processes
- Develop scalable ways to introduce new content and update existing trainings
- Leverage data and insights to identify key learning opportunities and gaps
- Lead our thinking on curriculum strategy, design, and delivery in partnering with leadership
- Development of sales playbooks, one sheeters, and other job aides
- Create and host in-person and video training
- Evaluate and lead purchase and roll-out of required sales enablement technology
- Design and roll out consistent onboarding processes for all new sales team members
- Conduct knowledge assessments and learning surveys
- Create and organize cross-functional sales communication
- Build strong relationships with the Sales leaders and provide continual feedback to help improve the performance of the sales team
- Become an expert in our products, go-to-market philosophy, and industry
- Champion sales / go-to-market enablement programs at Nayya
Requirements
- 5+ years in learning and development within revenue enablement, sales or go-to-market
- Experience building scalable programs
- Experience in SaaS or technology space
- Project management experience delivering quality product in short timeframes
- Experience developing dynamic and engaging trainings for various audiences
- Appetite for the technical: you’ll jump right in and learn how our products work
- Outstanding verbal and written communicator
- Intellectually curious and ambitious
- Highly organized & autonomous
- Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-moving organization
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
