OVERVIEW

This is a unique opportunity for a systems thinker to build a world class sales + closings team from the ground-up.  As a result of your progress, you'll have made substantial impact on the lives and financial security of many Americans and play a meaningful role in building Doorvest to become a multi-decade organization.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Train and coach both sales and closings teams
  • Build operational processes from the ground up to streamline and accelerate the customer experience
  • Define KPIs and manage outcomes
  • Identify and overcome obstacles the team may face
  • Manage recruitment for Customer Growth team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve successful execution of the GTM

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 5+ years in sales or closings, preferably at a PropTech company
  • 5+ years leading sales or closings teams
  • Proven track record and a passion for coaching and developing team members
  • Proven track record of ruthless prioritization
  • Knowledge of real estate, proptech, fintech, or financial services is a plus


COMPENSATION: $155,000 per year + meaningful equity
