In July 2021, Lev closed their Series A round, raising $30MM to give the company a $130M valuation in less than two years after its inception. The Series A round was led by Greenspring Associates with participation from new and existing investors including First American, NFX, Canaan, JLL Spark, ANIMO Ventures, Ludlow Ventures.


 Lev is actively searching for a Director of Partnerships to focus on building out our partnership network. Our partners consist of a mix of both high-tech SaaS businesses, such as Property Management Softwares, and low-tech Investment Sales brokerages. A successful candidate would have experience in building out partnership networks in one of the two verticals, and an eager appetite to learn the other. This is an opportunity to help build a fundamental pillar of Lev’s overall strategy while working closely with groups across the organization. 

What You'll Do

  • Grow and maintain our Partner network by sourcing and owning the pipeline of Partners. You will be leading the full lifecycle of partnership sales from prospecting to closing
  • Provide analysis of, and recommendations for, building Lev’s relationships across our partnership ecosystem and measuring the impact and viability of partnerships
  • Develop cohesive and concise materials to use when presenting solutions to prospective Partners and business reviews to existing Partners
  • Identify product and business opportunities to further the missions of Lev and its partners
  • Successfully represent Lev in high-level negotiations with key decision makers
  • Build a team to support you and further scale Lev’s Partnership network

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnership or similar
  • BA required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
  • Track record of organization-level influence
  • Organized, accountable, professional, and excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Displays extreme ownership across every workstream while moving projects forward 
  • The ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional organization
