Head of Customer Success

The Company:

Axle keeps the supply chain moving by providing a modern payments platform for the logistics industry. Hundreds of freight brokers trust Axle to manage their working capital, payments, and back office processes.

  • You love the satisfaction of helping small business owners grow and having a direct impact on their company's success. 
  • While you are great at building personal relationships, you also love being analytical, organized, and dependable so you can manage multiple high-value accounts. 
  • You hate being reactive to problems. You want to get ahead of all our customers' needs so that we minimize support and maximize success.
  • You are fascinated by the intersection of logistics, financial services, and technology. You believe that there is a massive impact you can make in the world at this intersection.  
  • You love working with supportive and collaborative teams across sales, operations, and product to be the voice of the customer.

What Excites Us: 

  • 4+  years of experience working in high-growth customer obsessed environments as a customer success manager, account manager, or implementation / onboarding manager. 
  • Experience working with B2B software products. Freight and Fintech experience is a plus. 
  • Has experience hiring and managing a team but is still energized by having direct  connections with customers. 
  • Has experience with more technical products that may require technical onboarding and implementation.
