About the role:

As our first Business Development & Sales Leader you will be a core member of our leadership team. You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing new business with prospects. As our first sales person, you will drive our B2B revenue efforts from the ground up. You’ll develop our GTM strategy, close deals, build a sales team/function and weigh in on product/market fit. Your target audience will be mid to large sized corporations with the intent of offering the Nurx platform as a benefit to their employees.  The position will report to our CEO. 

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, contact and manage potential clients
  • Build pipelines and define our go to market strategy / approach 
  • Design and manage the marketing/sales strategies
  • Negotiate contracts with potential clients 

A bit about you:

    • 10-15+ years of healthcare related  business development/sales experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, healthcare administration, nursing, or other related field 
    • Proven track record of developing and closing new B2B deals within the employer/payer space  
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Telehealth experience, understanding the competitive landscape and new business opportunities, preferred 
  • Formal sales training preferred

This position is full-time and based in San Francisco, or can be full-time remote.
