This role targets selling to new customers and expanding sales to existing customers within assigned accounts.

- You are an entrepreneur. You take ownership of your own success by strategizing a business plan to target key accounts, focus on activity that will generate a consistent pipeline, and are at ease discussing price.
- You are an engaging presenter.You are comfortable in front of a room and can easily navigate software tools and presentation technology while discovering pain points.
- You thrive with the support of a team.You are a student of the game eager to work with like-minded individuals who focus on continuous improvement, sharing best practices and providing an effortless customer experience.
Factors for Success:
- Experience: Effective candidates have a successful track record (3+ years) in a B2B (non-commodity) selling environment, preferably HCM SaaS, that requires in depth product knowledge. Experience must be related to outside sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
