We are looking for a Strategic Growth Manager to join the Strategic Accounts Team in our fast-growing New York office. Alongside our sub-team commercial leads, you will be responsible for driving strategic accounts growth from acquisition, retention and upsell. We are a united team, working together to deliver the best merchant experience.
As a commercially minded, t-shaped marketer - you’ll blend your account-based, full-mix marketing expertise and growth-hacking mindset to take ownership of the strategic account lifecycle journey strategy and orchestration. Journey orchestration will include facilitating the most relevant, end-to-end merchant communications and experience, which will be strongly underpinned by an account-based marketing approach, and brought to life through a delivery of hyper-relevant touchpoints, and merchant-centric programs and campaigns. All executed hand-in-hand with key cross-functional stakeholders using an omnichannel mix to drive awareness, create demand, deepen engagement and deliver value as appropriate to accelerate growth.
This role will report directly to the Strategic Growth Lead within the Strategic Accounts Team.
About you
- +5 years experience in account-based or strategic b2b marketing role (t-shaped expertise ideal)
- Demonstrated leadership executing diverse marketing programs for a portfolio of target accounts so with ease you can use a 360 tactical mix to deliver on account growth objectives and facilitate most relevant journeys
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - able to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to influence both internal and external audiences
- Exceptional campaign/project and stakeholder management skills
- Highly driven, innovative self-starter demonstrating strong emotional intelligence that thrives in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment
- Commercially minded, passionate about customer centricity and driving business growth through delivering value and relevance
- Broad proficiency in gathering, analysing first-party and third-party data for account-based-engagement performance measurement and informing business outputs as well as measuring commercial impact and ROI
- Strategic thinker, willing to stuck in delivery on day-to-day
- Deep understanding of payments / fintech an advantage
What you will be doing
- Work hand in hand with sales and business development leads to collaboratively develop a bespoke growth strategy and orchestration plan to drive growth with your dedicated accounts
- Be responsible for the end-to-end marketing communications for your target accounts to ensure relevance
- Be responsible for the creation and delivery of relevant 1:1 assets, activities for your accounts as well as selected, core campaigns/programs (1:few, 1:many) benefiting strategic community as a whole using a 360 marketing channel mix
- Develop a deep understanding of our product capabilities and accounts to craft personalised messaging to ensure relevance in value proposition delivery at any time of the journey (from advertising to sales collateral etc.)
- Work cross-functionally to ensure a joined-up approach and an effective delivery of key activities and programs
- Monitor performance across accounts identifying opportunities to efficiently drive new customer growth, retention and upsell
- Gather and analyse engagement and market insights to inform strategy, prioritise efforts and create hyper-relevant, agile touchpoints
- Use your analytical skills to report on the performance of the growth programs to demonstrate commercial impact and ROI
- Manage budgets and project manage inputs from internal/external partners where required to produce and distribute bespoke assets, activities etc.
- Closely collaborate with our global functions, (sales, product, marketing, performance, engineering and more) to localise global activities effectively as well as deliver joined programs and create the halo for the wider market
- Proficiently use relevant martech to independently distribute and also report on the performance of core activities as needed (Pardot, Salesforce, Demandbase, 6sense, Google Analytics etc.)
