Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience program managing within sales organizations and/or architecting enterprise software sales programs for sales organizations.
  • Experience working in sales operations within a cloud sales organization.
  • Experience managing teams which build sales plays for SaaS platforms, and/or collaboration, or productivity solutions.



Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or experience working in a business consultant role.
  • Project Management Professional, Marketing, or Google Cloud technical certifications.
  • Experience with Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Product Marketing, Project Management, Consulting, Product Advocate, or Business Development.

Google Cloud's Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy organization ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, provides metrics-driven business critical insights, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward. This team stays focused on aligning cloud priorities with day-to-day operational excellence.

In this role you will scale the work of the Google Cloud business teams by creating innovative, global, cross-functional programs and strategies, offers and business opportunities, that help field representatives promote our products and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify patterns in the way customer agreements are working and use data to create hypotheses, segmentation models, and target lists for business offers and programs.
  • Partner closely with the other GTM teams, especially enablement, promoter activation, and business intelligence.
  • Define, measure, and report on key metrics for programs and use data to refine and improve them. Provide updates and insights to leadership.
  • Create and drive cloud business growth through innovative, high-impact, programs and strategies that generate significant pipeline for business.
