Minimum qualifications:

- 11 years of experience in digital advertising or associated marketing technology.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project/relationship management
- Experience managing needs of stakeholders/customers/users and developing solutions for multiple audiences.
- Ability to influence peers/leadership through communications and business strategies.

In this role, you will lead initiatives that will help cross-functional executive leaders and the advertising industry better understand and advocate for the YouTube and Google Video solutions. This team is part of the Google Video Solutions team and we believe that driving leadership focused programming is critical to supporting business.
In addition to leading the evolution of current programming, you will drive strategic enablement approaches for leaders, maximize YouTube leadership engagement with C-Level advertisers and drive understanding of the needs of the market to executive YouTube program managers and engineering.
YouTube/Video Global Solutions is the link between Google video products and sales. Our mission is to fuel innovation that keeps YouTube and Video free and accessible to the world. We do this by translating global market needs into meaningful product solutions that drive business results for content partners and customers.
Responsibilities
- Build strategies and drive programming that connect global business leaders with each other and with commercialization priorities.
- Lead programming that strengthens program management and engineering fluency of market opportunities.
- Lead programs for C-level executives to better understand YouTube and Google Video.
- Demonstrate impact of key initiatives through qualitative and quantitative storytelling.
- Support and development the team.
