JOB SUMMARY:
Identifies opportunities for global business expansion in support of global solutions team. Develops and maintains the business relationships by providing global solutions for defined account(s) across vendor product lines, to achieve the identified strategy and business financial objectives
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Develops and implements global partner recruitment and growth strategies by understanding the global business needs and objectives of assigned accounts.
- Supports negotiations of partner contracts and vendor/partner compliance.
- Responsible for the execution of the strategic global solutions growth plans and business relationships in assigned account(s) by providing value added solutions.
- Communicates with global co-workers in support of vendor strategies and customer opportunities.
- Aligns goals and objectives of partner with TD SYNNEX global capabilities to ensure mutual, positive results.
- Develops, monitors, and recommends plans for the assigned accounts and TD SYNNEX business relationship on a tactical and strategic level.
- Participates and conducts as appropriate quarterly business reviews.
- Identifies and drives new vendor and customer opportunities with particular emphasis on TD SYNNEX global offerings and services.
- Drives cross functional communication with TD SYNNEX's product groups, global co-workers, and internal teams in support of global solutions sales, market knowledge and global business opportunities.
- Subject matter expert (SME) on TD SYNNEX's global solution sales coverage, compliance requirements and program offerings.
- Responsible for driving activities and programs that will achieve global solutions pro- forma performance goals.
- Performs analysis and reports of various program impact for identified accounts.
- Complete reporting and forecasting pipeline requirements.
- Delivers sales results for TD SYNNEX by both organically growing business within their assigned large focus customers and in successfully closing material unsolicited sales proposals.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum five (5) years' experience related experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

- Serves as consultant to management and external spokesperson for the organization on global initiatives related to policy, plans and long-range objectives.
