About the job
The Red Hat Global Renewals team is looking for a Global Renewals Programs Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work closely with global program and project owners to design and develop content and strategies to improve the business performance of our renewals teams. You'll be exposed to all segments and areas of Red Hat's subscription business in a high-impact, high-visibility role for the organization.
What you will do
  • Enable sales representatives to understand how to carry out our life cycle selling approach, including strategy, customer engagement, risk identification, and updating activities in (SFDC)
  • Fill the gap between global teams and delivery in the field
  • Enable strategic delivery with global and regional sales operations, business readiness and partners, and other global sales enablement teams
  • Perform role-specific enablement for account executives, customer success executives, solutions architects, etc.
  • Cooperate with regional renewal leads to help with enablement efforts
  • Create role-specific enablement for our Renewals Intelligence, an offering for the channel selling community
  • Coordinate global teams updates to existing training and enablement assets
  • Manage our partner life cycle selling smartpage and playbook
  • Define and deliver according to partner life cycle selling enablement roadmap
  • Collaborate with communication roles to ensure that communications assets like intranet pages, newsletters, etc. are consistent with enablement assets and reflect enablement updates
  • Work with Global Renewals leadership team to implement, refine, and advance renewals and customer success strategies
  • Work with in-geo sales, renewals, and customer success leaders and teams to ensure that the Global Renewals strategies and mission are carried out consistently

What you will bring
  • 5+ years of professional experience working in sales or sales learning or training
  • Demonstrated experience and success in a selling or software environment
  • Training delivery or facilitation experience
  • Solid program and project management skills with demonstrated experience
  • Excellent communication skills and high-impact and high-energy sales training style, generating and sustaining engagement with your audience
  • Great interpersonal skills; ability to work with others in a collaborative manner
  • Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail
  • Consultative approach in cross-functional work

The following are considered a plus:
  • Experience working in the subscription industry
  • Content development experience with Google Slides, HTML email design, intranet enablement page design like highspot, and graphic design using Adobe offerings
  • Video development design and delivery experience
