The Global Partner Programs team aims to empower Partnerships to deliver the best services and solutions so that our partners effectively deploy Zoom platform technologies.

 

The Global Partner Programs Sr. Manager, Technology Alliance Partners provides program management to empower partner-facing teams by owning strategy and implementation of the Go-to-Market opportunities to Carriers, Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and others, and the development of transformational change initiatives to improve the scale and effectiveness of these businesses.

 

In this dynamic and multi-faceted role, he/she will be an internal advocate for these Partners categories within Zoom, championing capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each Partner’s service size and scope. Data-driven and operationally savvy, the Global Partner Programs Manager is motivated above all by opportunities to build, maintain, and expand relationships, relentlessly seeking to leverage success into long-term partner retention and revenue growth.

 

To be successful, this individual will build a data driven approach that also incorporates partner feedback and internal feedback to ensure an outstanding program, in a very fast paced, hyper-growth company. He/she will be responsible for building out competencies and specializations, identifying route-to-market, partner profiles, commercial terms, and incentives as well as program requirements in alignment with the other programs supporting the wide partner ecosystem.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Design and implement partner programs globally, including producing program guides, setting roll out plans and defining program operations workflows

  • Develop strategies for differentiation and market penetration, and drive forward activities and outcomes from business planning and program utilization and growth campaigns

  • Translate data and trends into powerful strategies and compelling messages

  • Work closely with Partner Operations to analyze monthly, and long-term performance data, providing the Business Development and ISV teams with actionable recommendations to improve their service’s quality, efficiency, and growth

  • Combine strategic, planning, service, and execution skills to communicate with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations teams

  • Communicate expertly with Partners on products, programs, and initiatives

  • Collaborate in creating systems and procedures to streamline Partner management, and document business policies, program guides, and guidelines

  • Make recommendations for process improvements and facilitate business efficiencies

  • Special projects as needed, in support of the Global Partner Programs organization

 

Requirements

  • Min. 7 years of partner management experience in SaaS industry, including 

  • Strong SaaS industry experience, preferably in UCaaS and/or voice solutions

  • Global expertise and mindset, with a deep understanding of various partner models

  • Proven relevant industry experience with a track record of managing partners programs

 

Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, fast-paced and demanding environment

  • Strategic thinker with a sales mentality and a proven ability to execute strategy

  • Strong business judgment and insight, able to look at issues from multiple perspectives

  • Effective analytical and interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
