The Role:

Viz.ai is seeking a world-class professional to manage relationships with Viz.ai’s Life Science partners. The Global Life Science Partnership Executive will be responsible for providing global business leadership and management of several partnerships in the Life Science space. You will build and maintain key relationships, develop and manage opportunities, and coordinate deployment of key initiatives with these Life Science partners. You will define a relationship strategy for each partner, including engaging with Viz.ai senior leadership team, coordinating executive partnership reviews, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be team oriented while being a self-starter who is prepared to own, define, develop and execute a partnership plan and consistently deliver on partnership success objectives while thinking strategically about long term partnership outcomes. This role will report directly to the Global Head of BD, Strategy & Life Science at Viz.ai.  

You will:

  • Manage Life Science partner relationships ensuring partner satisfaction and partnership success
  • Develop strategies for implementing and launching each specific partnership initiative, including driving buy-in and adoption among key stakeholders within the partner organization
  • Manage performance of each partnership initiative - diagnosing problems, assessing  changing partner needs and market conditions and working cross-functionally to adapt each partnership and our services appropriately 
  • Advocate for partner needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and drive initiative momentum.  
  • Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all Viz commitments in order to maintain partnership momentum
  • Manage regular reviews and executive sessions with partners 
  • Manage timelines and milestones and achievement of key success criteria for each partnership initiative 
  • Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from partner engagements to support initiatives to scale

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 8+ years of Life Science experience with extensive client or account management experience
  • Superior professional communication and presentation skills
  • Commitment to partner, attention to detail, and strong problem solving ability
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills with VP or C-Level
  • Willingness to travel
