Our Sales Executives are responsible for selling our products to decision makers within the Financial Services Industry. This role requires a proven track record of developing, implementing and executing against sales strategies, to include building and nurturing robust pipelines while meeting/exceeding conversion rates at each stage. This is a field sales role responsible for new logos.
This role works closely with both the executive and internal teams to execute against business strategies, build and deliver pitch decks, by product and/or use case.
What you'll do
- Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
- Selling on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
- Effectively articulating the value of our products to potential partners
- Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
- Uncovering business initiatives and pain points to map back to our product and engineering teams
- Aligning to business strategies, by prioritizing target partners
- Collaborating with and leveraging internal teams to maximize revenue production
- Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our value proposition, by product
- Having a deep understanding of the way financial services institutions operate, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level
- Ensures opportunities are accurately reflected and maintained in Salesforce, real-time
- Consistently achieve/exceed all set sales and revenue quotas quarterly and annual sales targets
About you
- 5+ years of experience successfully selling B2B SaaS solutions or Data solutions in a new logo territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, IT, Finance or MBA preferred
- Exhibits “hunter” mentality and possesses outstanding ability to close sales
- People-oriented professional with strong relationship building skills and a proven track record of growing a territory
- Account closing strategy and execution skills
- History of successfully selling C-Level, both vertically and horizontally and across organizationsExperience with successfully selling SaaS or Data to mid to large scale FSI’s and Fintechs
- Strong technical aptitude
- A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals, while building long-term relationshipsConsistent overachievement of sales and revenue goals, with an eye on quality
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
- Ability to adapt and maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- Adhere to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to listen and apply new learnings internally/externally
- Experience in startup environment and bringing products to market
- Willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time
