We are looking for a sharp, highly motivated Federal System Integrator GTM Lead, based in the Washington, DC-area (DMV) to manage and scale our Federal ecosystem of system integrator, consulting and technology partners in the region. Your main objective will be to drive field engagement with our partner ecosystem to deliver joint customer success and grow Dataiku’s Federal market presence. You’ll work closely with our field sales, marketing, and customer success teams and our partners to build, position, and deliver analytic solutions that deliver material business value to our joint customers.


This is an opportunity to be part of an all-star team at the center of a strategic initiative focused on fueling Dataiku’s growth. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners and managing go-to-market programs and field execution with our sales teams to deliver innovative AI solutions and grow our community of raving fans.

You might be a good fit if you have

  • 5+ years experience in developing partnerships and revenue-generating partner relationships
  • Demonstrated professional experience working with stakeholders in the public sector, with focus on on the US Federal Government
  • Strong natural and intellectual curiosity, especially around being able to map business problems to systems that leverage machine learning 
  • Knowledge of the Federal procurement processes and experiencing responding to detailed RFPs. 
  • Awareness of Federal security standards including FISMA; NIST and FedRAMP
  • Experience in “data” – AI\BI, analytics, data science, data integration, data platforms, cloud, etc.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives for maximum impact
  • Strong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy and applying a consultative approach in customer/partner interactions
  • A background in developing and positioning innovative business solutions
  • Strong ability to develop joint value propositions with partners and cultivate champions within partner organizations
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills
  • Ability to articulate competitive positioning and differentiation
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to adapt to change
  • High level of comfort working with ambiguity, prioritizing efforts, and building a plan to execute against growth
  • Strong project and relationship management - you’ll spend a lot of time working with external individuals to successfully launch and grow our partnerships
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
