Job Description
Responsible for the acceptance expansion of DGN Cards through Enablement Partners in the Region, specifically in territory. Contributes to signing and enabling the Enablement Partners, manages the ongoing relationship with select Enablement Partners to ensure awareness, branding and technical enablement is maintained, manages the end to end sales and budget pipeline, from initial identification as a target Enablement Partner through to contract management, due diligence requirements enablement; validation etc. and identify barriers for further growth in targeted markets and/or sectors. Identifies, owns, implements and tracks actions identified within the pipeline to secure increased acceptance in the target markets. Contributes to the delivery of Sales presentation and Marketing collateral, making sure it is kept updated with current messaging and that Enablement Partners are provided with this messaging.
The Executive Relationship Manager is responsible for driving incremental PULSE Network volumes across PIN and PINless debit and e-commerce products through development of negotiated incentive routing agreements with both merchants and merchant acquirers.
Responsibilities
- Delivers increased acceptance through Enablement Partners in the assigned Market across all acceptance channels, (POS; E-Commerce; M-Commerce) by effectively leveraging existing Agency Acquirer; VAS / PSP relationships and conducting direct merchant sales efforts. Conduct DGN Sales training for allocated Enablement Partners and drive /coordinate efforts of stakeholders to achieve maximum increase in outlets accepting DGN cards.
- Provides SME support in the assigned Market; compiles and coordinates for the Market all sales messaging, sales materials, and collateral. Builds strong relationships with commercial/senior merchant contacts in targeted Enablement Partners.
- Helps maintain a detailed sales pipeline, tracks and reports progress against the pipeline and goals. Responsible for documenting, monitoring and reporting internally in a timely manner the performance and the status of the Enablement Partners for assigned Market.
- Develops and maintains awareness of DGN in the assigned markets by representing the brand at relevant industry and merchant-specific events such as trade shows and conferences, by developing and maintaining close relationship with the key target merchants. Develops commercial partnerships with relevant trade associations.
- Ensures all existing agreements are tracked and remedial action taken if planned delivery is not on schedule.
- Maintains a detailed sales pipeline, track and report progress against the pipeline and goals. Highlights gaps and recommend ways to remediate any gaps to goals.
- Responsible for documenting, monitoring and reporting internally in a timely manner the performance and the status of DGN Card Acceptance.
- Owns and manages budget and forecast process for Enablement Partner Acquirers, Processors and Merchants.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Business development, sales, and/or sales management, International and Payment Scheme, Card Acquiring, PSP or related
- In lieu of degree, 8+ years of experience in Business development, sales, and/or sales management, International and Payment Scheme, Card Acquiring, PSP or related
Preferred Qualifications
