We're looking for an Executive Account Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:
  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to assess and recommend business and technical solutions
  • Evaluate existing accounts to expand offerings and analyze competitors, recommend strategies, and lead proposals to gain net new business
  • Forecast sales, develop Account Management/Sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Perform deal-related analysis, including financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiations
  • Engage and communicate with internal teams to include Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Talent Acquisition
  • Discover new opportunities within multiple key accounts to grow new revenue streams
  • Support the evaluation and resolution of program or project issues and scope changes throughout the project phases
  • Provide solutions (often technology enabled) to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational goals
  • Manage customer engagements in a matrixed environment, including core aspects required to plan, manage and report
  • Demonstrate value to the customer by leading the creation of the solution proposal, business case, and contract
  • Create Centric collateral, such as, case studies and knowledge artifacts, that can be used across Centric
  • Manage and collaborate with internal Centric teams and third parties in account administration activities, such as project setup, talent acquisition, approval of account time and expense, billing, and accounts receivable
  • Participation as a leader and champion in the Centric Columbus business operating model and capability development, people development, market strategy development, and process and technology enablement.


Who you are:
  • Experience developing and growing multiple large and complex accounts
  • Experience creating successful and repeatable Account Management/Sales processes
  • Management Consulting firm experience. Preferably large, global consulting firm experience
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the client and client's environment
  • Set an account strategy and goals, and provide the leadership to ensure the team achieves the planned goals
  • Provide expertise and understanding of clients' industries and market to assess client needs, identify omissions and gaps, and design solution
  • Establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence
  • Experience delivering customer service projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Executive-level communication, both internal and customer-facing
  • Present technical and business solutions to executive leadership
  • Insurance vertical expertise preferred, multiple verticals within a professional services firm would be ideal
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project or program management role, preferably with full agile development lifecycle experience
  • Must be willing to travel out of state 8-9 times a year
