Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join a passionate sales team in a high growth, thought leadership organization driving change in the Fortune 1000 through our direct Enterprise and Partner channel. 

The Enterprise Solutions Sales Executive will have responsibility for the full journey of both our prospective and existing customers, from opportunity discovery to close as well as on going support and retention. This is a field sales role and includes selling our Enterprise Product offerings, in addition to helping SAI evolve its solutions and strategy for bringing these solutions to market. We are looking to base this role in the Northwestern region of the US.

Prospects, customers and partners are literally betting their business on SAFe and we’d like you to have passion and drive to not only succeed but, see their success as they transform their organizations. You will be responsible for cultivating meaningful lasting relationships with the entire value chain of our customers, ranging from Engineers to C-level Executives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prospect and identify target organizations to drive additional revenue and customer success strategies within the context of their Lean-Agile business transformations

  • Initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations 

  • Work with the team to ensure our community of Enterprises are thriving, growing and renewing

  • Must have worked in complex technology sales environments in the past and helpful to have organizational development experience

  • Develop on going communications with Partners and the Partner Development and Enablement team as required to service enterprise customers 

  • Work internally to help SAI evolve our solution offerings to help us take the business to a new level 

  • Support agile and industry events, meetups and conferences for increased SAFe brand awareness through networking and occasionally speaking

  • Support the development and growth of the SAFe community of practice by getting more enterprises engaged in the lean|agile community

Qualifications

  • Successful sales experience in complex Enterprise sales environments ideally leading complex technology and/or services sales 

  • Experience working with a partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth in customers - 

  • Experience of or a strong understanding of selling transformational and Organizational Change Management services is highly desirable 

  • Experience with Agile and articulating its benefits with knowledge of SAFe knowledge highly desirable

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets with a solution focused approach 

  • Experience working with a partner ecosystem and the ability to work internally with partner development and enablement 

  • Ability to produce tactical account plans which demonstrate a strategic approach to account growth 

  • Familiarity with SPIN, Huthwaite, Challenger Sales or other Enterprise sales methodologies

  • Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools and an appreciation for data integrity


Additional Information

We expect this position to work out of the incumbent's home office along the West Coast near a major airport. While we are productive working remotely, we also enjoy access to our HQ office in Boulder, CO as a place to work and collaborate with our colleagues.

Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings for this role is $230-250,000 which will include a base salary. Salary will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications and ultimately, commission will be determined by the success of the candidate.
