Job brief
As a Sales Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with prospects and customers to help
drive the growth of Revenova, a multi modal TMS and Fleet transportation SaaS application to the
logistics industry built entirely on Salesforce.com.
Your responsibilities will include building up a strong pipeline of prospects, and closing business from
first contact to executed agreements. This position requires strong, organized, business focused and
ethically centered salesperson who possesses experience in the commercial cloud sales marketplace as
well as the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities
This is a hunter position! Drive revenue and market share in a defined region
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
Develop and execute against a regional sales plan
Maintain a robust sales pipeline
Manage contract negotiations from first contact to signature on order form
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

Requirements
5-10 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or consulting in the logistics and
transportation industry
Direct field and management experience in working with enterprise accounts
Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional
audiences
Ability to demo our product effectively to win business
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

Desired Requirements
Background in transportation and logistics selling
Experienced in selling and working with a SaaS product application
Direct field and management experience in working with commercial accounts
Extensive customer network
Strong leadership skills
Understands that Sales management is about closing business
