This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States and Canada

As an Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager, you will have the opportunity to help coach Enterprise account executives on Fullstory’s solutions, sales skills, and best practices for utilizing systems and productivity tools. You’ll report to the Head of Sales Readiness and focus on supporting Enterprise sellers who are both new to FullStory, as well as building continuing education for all of our Enterprise representative. The Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager will help shape our Enterprise sales methodology and strategy as we scale.

Day-to-day you’ll:

  • Develop and own the enterprise enablement strategy, execute on the plan, and report on its effectiveness.
  • Partner with Enterprise. leadership and review account executive calls and coach the team on how to constantly improve.
  • Blend a mix of 1:1 coaching and scalable coaching where opportunities are presented for scale.
  • Be data-driven to provide individual AE skills/performance insights to front-line managers on where their teams can improve and strategize a coaching plan to do so.
  • Own reinforcement and tracking of sales methodology usage for the team.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of professional experience in Enterprise SaaS sales or Enterprise Sales Enablement
  • Has experience working with Sales tool stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clari, etc.)
  • Has experience building programs and measuring the effectiveness of Enablement

It would be amazing if:

  • You have experience with several Sales methodologies and frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message)
  • You have outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • You have a history of mentoring and coaching Sales team members effectively
