POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Enterprise team uses a consultative sales approach, meeting with multiple LOBs within organizations to understand their business challenges/needs while providing strategic recommendations to C-level executives. The Account Executive role is focused on identifying new business opportunities via outbound prospecting and partnering with our Business Development Team as well as growing an existing book of business.
In this job, you will:
- Deliver sales results, provide high quality customer interactions, and effectively manage sales opportunities from both inbound and outbound sales activities
- Develop a territory plan to prioritize time investment across prospects and customers and manage an active pipeline of new logo opportunities
- Take part in engagement with new prospects
- Work collaboratively with a team including Business Development Reps, Customer Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Customer Care & 3rd party Solution Providers to support the customer
- Have the ability to understand, communicate and associate the fundamentals of the Quickbase product and set appropriate expectations with the customer
- Align sales presentations/ demonstrations with customer needs
- Identify the customer's business requirements/ problems and recommend Quickbase as appropriate
- Be responsible for driving the entire sales cycle from prospect identification to close
- Participate in internal Forecast Calls, Team Meetings, and 1x1s
Ideally, you will have:
• 4+ years of technology/software sales experience preferred
• Solution Selling experience
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Experience exceeding current quotas
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle
• Ability to demonstrate deep discovery
• Ability to navigate complex internal ecosystems
• Ability to demonstrate a technical product to prospects
• Ability to introduce a complex product and align it to customer value
• Demonstrated ability to utilize a sales methodology in customer engagements, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC preferred
• BA or BS preferred
