The Role
We are seeking a dedicated, self-starting individual to drive new business acquisition for our industry leading software. Account Executives will need expertise in navigating complex sales cycles, experience in exceeding seven figure sales quotas and an entrepreneurial spirit. A successful candidate will be naturally curious, always seeking the answers, adaptable and quick on their feet. This individual must embrace a customer first and problem-solving mindset. The Enterprise Account Executive role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within assigned target accounts, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
Performance Responsibilities
- Build and maintain pipeline of prospects and manage the sales process from initiation to contracting
- Drive growth within defined verticals of healthcare, tech and food. Focusing specifically on Fortune1000 prospects
- Maintain executive relationships within client base to continue driving value-based solutions through Overhaul software and evolving product suite
- Drive value for prospects by conducting a consultative sale that highlights solution offerings, offers industry expertise and deep understanding of competitive landscape and positioning Perform sales presentations and software demos to match Overhaul solutions and value proposition with identified prospect problem statement and business needs
- Accurately forecast annual and quarterly sales by possessing a full understanding of customer purchasing processes and lifecycle
What We Expect From You:
- 5+ years Enterprise experience of quota-carrying in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on new business
- Generate new leads through networking and prospecting, including cold calling, as well as using marketing activities of the company
- A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong business acumen and intuition
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting

Nice to Have:
- Previous enterprise or SaaS selling experience
- Experience with fortune 1000 clients
- Supply chain experience
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
