Enterprise Account Executive, Mexico
We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding Partnerships team here in Miami! About The Role:
- The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position where you will own the full sales cycle from start to finish; hunting for new prospects, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing contract negotiation.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI.
- Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the monday.com solution.
- Work and sell alongside our partners to accelerate penetration to the Enterprise segment.
- Working closely with Channel Partner Managers (CPMs) to drive sales and account expansion efforts with key partners in the field.
- Empower our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution on monday.com.
- Act as an escalation point of contact for relationship and commercial issues.
- You will collaborate with customers, partners and teammates to discover new opportunities, use past solutions as a point of reference for future expansions, and build long term relationships with customers to connect monday.com's value proposition with our customers business objectives and main KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
- English and Spanish fluency / written and verbal bilingual proficiency
- Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
- Proven track managing strategic deals and involving partners if applicable
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- Excellent business acumen, analytical and communication skills
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
- Self-starter, builder mindset, and ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience
