Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive (Asia) to join our growing team. In this role, you will respond to inbound enquiries and increase our outreach via outbound activities. This hire will strategically approach target companies and sell automation solutions that will help them achieve their business objectives. Our Account Executives strive to meet and exceed their quotas, but always act in the best interests of the client. Our ideal candidate is confident, tenacious and highly organized. Your responsibilities:
Own and develop accounts to expand business with enterprise companies in the Asia (Excluding Japan) market
Manage the full sales cycle by assessing sales potential and creating prospecting lists via various methods to attract enterprise customers
Develop and own relationships with existing/potential customers to understand their business, and proactively help customers leverage automation to achieve their goals
Demonstrate ability to negotiate with different levels of stakeholders and show confidence in presenting to C-suite audiences
Work with teams from multiple functions (e.g: Presales, Marketing, Customer Success etc.) to formulate plans to grow new and existing businesses.
Build a compelling partner strategy for your key accounts, engage with the channel team and lead the joint sales approach
Expedite the resolution of customer challenges to maximize satisfaction
Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency
RequirementsQualifications and Experience
10+ years of Enterprise Software Sales experience in the technology space closing large SaaS or PaaS deals in Asia.
Evidence of exceeding direct sales goals of >1M
Candidate must be based in Singapore
Keen interest in technology and industry trends

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in high-pressure situations
Driven, self-motivated and confident delivering results in a fast-paced and flexible environment
Strong collaboration skills, comfortable in a dynamic start-up work culture with a passion for making an impact
Capability to build and maintain excellent relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders
Ability to confidently articulate business value and command prospect’s interest

Entrepreneurial mindset with a “get things done” mentality
