What is a Enterprise Account Coordinator @ SpotHero?
An Enterprise Account Coordinator is responsible for acquiring and optimizing parking supply from our largest national and regional partners. Collaborates with the Supply Operations department to ensure client engagement and satisfaction, operational efficiency and mutual growth. Acts as a liaison between our Senior Enterprise Growth Managers & our partners’ local teams. Demonstrating value in leveraging SpotHero products and services and ensures a mutually beneficial relationship endures.
What you will get to do:
- Optimize Enterprise partner relationships across regions.
- Prospect new areas for growth within current Enterprise portfolios and highlight the value of SpotHero’s product offerings through tailored commercial insights and a consultative approach.
- Drive partner engagement to ensure Enterprise clients are getting maximum value from SpotHero products and services.
- Balance partner needs with SpotHero offerings to develop optimal solutions for all stakeholders.
- Meet goals around optimizations (add inventory, better/more rates, improve UX), generally improving SpotHero supply.
- Collaborate with Supply Operations to regularly advise partners around customer service and operational expectations to ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Onboard and train new clients. Implement new Enterprise programs across partner portfolios and work within partner organizations to roll out major joint initiatives.
- Establish regular communication cadences with clients, including informal check-ins and formal business reviews. Typically hosted quarterly, or based on account analysis and operator needs.
- Host or travel to client meetings, events, and social gatherings.
- Attend industry related conferences and tradeshows, if applicable.
- Represent SpotHero and build brand awareness.
- Identify and research prospective leads to approach during the event.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients through attending social events.
- Lead cross-functional process and workflow improvement projects, working with various internal business stakeholders.
- Work with Sales Enablement and National Sales teams to align on sales best practices and on-going sales training.
- Assist Director of Enterprise Growth, and Senior Enterprise Growth Managers with triaging information and prioritization of teamwide initiatives.
- Secure and safeguard data to preserve its integrity, reliability, and availability and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3+ years experience in sales and account management
- Proven consultative sales solution skills with a unique ability to understand client needs
- Self-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple competing priorities
- Desire to work closely with others in a collaborative manner
- Demonstrated mentoring and leadership skills
You May also have:
- CRM Experience, Salesforce preferred
- BI Tool experience, Looker Preferred
