Let's talk about the team

The eCommerce Sales Specialist is responsible for the joint development, implementation, and maintenance of the North America eCommerce channel. As the eCommerce Sales Specialist you will own the presence of the ResMed brand online to ensure the brand message, content, and products are accurately represented and goals are aligned with the overall business.

Let's talk about the role

The candidate will build and maintain relationships with cross functional partners to fulfill day to day requests and needs of our eCommerce eTailers and resellers. The candidate will manage day to day eCommerce performance data to help inform marketing strategies and manage ad spend. They will build, analyze, and monitor performance reports that drive the development of new marketing campaigns, improve user experience, increase website traffic and sales, and develop brand loyalty.

  • Understand eCommerce dynamics and maintain day to day requests and needs of e-tailers and resellers
  • Be the brand and content lead for eCommerce by monitoring the ResMed brand across eCommerce sites to ensure accurate product and brand representation
  • Create, implement and drive marketing campaign strategies for eCommerce
  • Create, maintain and monitor key metrics and traffic pattern reports to measure attribution, conversions and performance of marketing campaigns
  • Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports with analysis to help inform future marketing spend and uncover insights of new trends to optimize our marketing strategy
  • Gain a deep understanding of our business, our customer's businesses, and the data available and translate into actionable insights to help identify future growth opportunities
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis to uncover pipeline and campaign performance gaps
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners such as digital marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, marketing technology, sales, IT, operations, finance, and customer service



Let's talk about you

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience in retail sales account management, business development, or category management; experience with external customer interaction
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience leveraging digital marketing tools and performance metrics to find data trends, drive business decisions and increase sales.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, resource management and the ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines and work independently
  • A self-starter and quick learner. This role will require the ability to craft opinions, seek initiative, and advocate ideas with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with business systems and analytics (with Google Analytics/Tableau/Cognos/Semrush is a plus



Preferred:

  • Experience engaging with cross-functional teams that support the eCommerce channel, including digital marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, marketing technology, sales, IT, operations, finance, and customer service
  • Ability to master new data management tools, and use them to target purchase occasions and measure program results
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience working in the eCommerce channel, i.e. Amazon, or Walmart.com
