Your Career

The Distribution Channel Account Manager Ops has primary responsibility for driving our engagement with our distributors’ Incubator partners and other key distribution-led NextWave partners. You will also be responsible for working with large national distributors representing Distribution Operations, and responsible for the operational support of our distribution partners and channel teams. Primarily this role will act as a liaison between Sales Operations, our distribution partners, channel and sales teams, and other internal teams.

Your Impact

  • Responsible for managing our Incubator partner program across our Distributors - This includes scheduling, preparing, and leading recurring regular Business Review meetings as well as Quarterly Reviews associated with Incubator performance 
  • Contribute to the annual business plan process with the associated Distribution Business Manager - Work with distributors and Distribution Marketing Manager to have all Incubator Quarterly Marketing plans in place.
  • Provide necessary data and reports to distributors to set plan targets and KPIs for their Incubator Partners to drive pipeline creation and bookings growth
  • Responsible for semi-annual NextWave Program Compliance efforts for Distribution Managed Partners, including working with distributor on plans to address gaps in Partner requirements and to make the decision on up-leveling, downgrading, or off-boarding these Partners
  • Handle (solve or escalate) all escalations related to day-to-day for Disti Managed Partners
  • At each end of the month / EOQ, participate actively in the “Channel Collaboration Room” virtual environment to ensure flawless execution of all Distributors’ orders
  • Serve as operational support and a liaison between Sales Operations and our Distributors
  • Conduct Quarterly Operations Reviews with AMER distribution partners
  • Support, train, educate and enable Sales Operations teams on Distribution needs and processes

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 2 – 4 years of distribution or channel management experience, and or sales experience collaborating closely with partners to drive growth
  • 2 – 3 years of Program Management or BU Management or close work in channel programs projects
  • 2 – 3 years of Sales Operations, Channel Ops, or Distribution Ops experience
  • Self-motivated, proactive communication around projects or anticipated escalations
  • Working knowledge and experience selling technology solutions 
  • Skilled in developing business plans, contributing to strategic plans, and for devising reporting to track business Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and return on investments (ROI)
  • Proven experience influencing partner/distributor actions 
  • Strong presentation, public speaking skills 
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally (verbal and written) 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills 
  • Professional IT Sales and business development experience

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, the starting salary (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) is expected to be between $110,300/yr - $162,300/yr.
