As our Director, Strategic Partnerships, you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for priority partner relationships as assigned by the SVP, Business Development Leader - Performance Marketing, and leverage these partners to provide joint service offerings to Merge clients, generate a pipeline of sales qualified leads, and create and execute co-marketing activities to promote Merge within the partner client base.
  • Develop partner relationships, create and execute go-to-market campaigns, manage the operational infrastructure in support of the partner program, identify process improvements, and enroll Merge teams in pursuit of this objective.
  • Act as a resource for internal teams in planning, selling, delivering, and marketing a partnership.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for Merge to promote its services with partner executive teams, proactively screen potential new partners and discuss with Merge Executive Team potential to generate new business, and attend and facilitate meetings, account mapping sessions as requested with SVP, Business Development Leader - Performance Marketing (and other relevant parties) to identify key developments, gaps in strategies leveraged, or new partners in the performance marketing space.
  • Outline a quarterly and annual plan with priorities and objectives for managed partners, approved by the SVP, Business
  • Development Leader - Performance Marketing
  • Track impact of managed partner initiatives on the business, including but not limited to the following KPIs:
    • Impact to agency revenue via closed won opportunities and pipeline growth
    • Number of sales qualified referrals leads from partners
    • Completion of strategic client projects that position MERGE as a thought leader
    • Production and publishing of strategic content that positions MERGE as a thought leader

These are the qualifications we are looking for

  • 5+ Years of experience working with various vendors and partners within the Digital Marketing, MarTech or Performance Marketing arena.
  • Ability to learn & articulate the MERGE’s value and business solutions
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with comfort driving executive conversations across a variety of industries
  • Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate efforts across MERGE organization (both internally and externally)
  • Independent, self-starter with proven track record of success
  • Creative problem-solver with critical thinking skills
  • Experience using example- Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack, and other core collaboration technologies.

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000

Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training and experience. MERGE’s career ladders reflect department growth from Associate through Partner levels, with details of roles and responsibilities associated with each level. New hires are assigned a job level within a particular position based on these criteria and salary is set within the job level based on these criteria. Growth from one level to the next occurs when employees master their role, and are promoted into the next level, generally during salary review cycles which are posted in the employee handbook.
