About this role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the firm's strategic Partnership/Channels Sales. This individual will be responsible for driving in new channel partners and managing them throughout the life of the partnership.
The individual will be a part of the Sales and Marketing partner's strategy from onboarding all the way to success.The position is based in New York City. Hybrid work model will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Driving revenue and growth through channel partnerships sales
Take primary responsibility for the strategy, go to market plan and execution of building new partnerships
Successfully onboard new channel partners and make sure they set up for success
Manage the relationship, business plans and all activities of new and existing partners
Track and optimize the performance of new and existing partnerships
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities with potential partners, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages
Work closely with sales department to make sure leads from partners are being converted to deals
Position Requirements
Requirements/Key Attributes:
Proven experience working at Senior Sales role managing channels sales for tech companies. Financial tech companies is a plus
Proven experience in leading channel partnerships to results
Experience at the fintech/small business funding
Previous experience working with financial institutions as banks or payment service providers
Experience working at startup/growing company is a plus
Strong relationship-builder
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team player with a winning attitude
Strong negotiator with high closing rates
