Mason is looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships with a record of successfully managing partnerships with technology partners, ISVs, and resellers. As our first partnership hire, you will report into the VP of Sales and be responsible for helping to build on our partnership strategy. We have established a strong product-market-fit and are looking to strengthen our position by capturing additional market share through technology partner, ISVs, resellers. We are aggressively investing in people and technology to continue our rapid growth, and this role is crucial to landing new customers and further reinvestment.


As the Director of Strategic Partnerships you will have an opportunity to make a significant impact from day one and have the impact to accelerate our channel and integration strategy.

What you'll work on:

  • Create outbound strategies and partner with marketing to create materials to attract new partners
  • Work closely with marketing and product to optimize results from partner relationships
  • Develop, monitor and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles and engagement tactics to continuously improve results
  • Put in processes to track partner engagement, revenue, and integration adoption
  • Work with product to ensure integrations are built on schedule and partners have the resources they need to build
  • Create standardized partner training and go-to-market materials with marketing

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 5 years of business development and/or sales experience
  • A proven track record of building successful partnership relationships that drive real results 
  • Experience with failure and track record of learning and engaging new ideas
  • Sales-focused, strategic thinking with a bias towards action
  • Ownership and growth mind-set – you take ownership of your results and often look for ways to improve; you see challenges as opportunities instead of obstacles
  • You are a challenger – you love connecting the dots in business strategy and are comfortable bringing a provocative point of view to any internal or customer facing meeting.
  • You are radically candid in your feedback and are constantly seeking feedback in return.
  • Experience in the tech space is a must
  • History of driving revenue and manage projects in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in both the hardware and SaaS space is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience successfully selling in healthcare or government verticals
  • Consulting experience
