The Role:

The Viz.ai Solutions Consultant role will be an integrated member of the sales and marketing team dedicated to improving Viz.ai’s positioning with Administrators and overall close rates with hospitals. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Solutions Consultant role will work closely with product management, customer success, sales enablement to create assets and and processes used during the sales process. This position will be a customer facing role working with the sales team to present and close new business for Viz.ai.

You will:

  • Serve as a leader in the commercial organization supporting and advancing the sales and customer success processes.
  • Serving as a Neuro subject matter expert and thought leader nationwide to support our current and prospective customers understand and appreciate the value of the entire Viz capability set.
  • Work directly with the sales and customer success team to support new sales opportunities. 
  • Proactively create assets, tools and processes to improve our win rate.
  • Build and manage relationships with industry organizations and associations that Viz can participate in and actively advance our industry reputation.
  • Work with the marketing team to facilitate the identification and development of KOL’s.
