YOUR MISSION
MURAL is looking for a Director of Sales Strategy & Operations to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will lead a division within Revenue Operations that is focused on defining, executing, measuring, and continually optimizing the go-to-market sales strategy.
As part of this role, you will:
- Lead a team that supports 3 key functions: Sales Development Operations, Sales Operations, Channel Sales Operations
- Develop and lead an engaged and high-performing team (and hire when necessary)
- Partner with Sales leadership to design and implement new processes to optimize internal efficiency and improve the value we deliver to our customers
- Build out best in class channel operations
- Enhance KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Build reporting and dashboards to enable the Sales organization to make data driven decisions
- Lead large-scale cross functional initiatives, partnering with teams across the organization (such as GTM Systems, Marketing, BizOps, Finance, Product, etc.)
- Analyze business performance to uncover trends, insights and opportunities
- Present your analyses and your recommendations to senior stakeholders in the org, from CEO/CRO to the entire Leadership Team in different forums (e.g. Monthly Business Reviews, Planning, Board Prep, etc.)
YOUR PROFILE
- 10+ years of combined experience in Revenue Strategy/Operations, Management Consulting, or Finance/Banking
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations for a high growth B2B SaaS company
- Experience leading a team of 5+ direct reports
- Experience working closely with Sales teams in your Strategy/Operations role
- Exceptional quantitative analysis and problem solving skills
- Exceptional project management skills; experience leading high impact, cross-functional initiatives
- Outstanding communication skills; experience collaborating with and presenting to Senior Executives
- Strong business acumen
- A highly organized and detail oriented professional
- Passion for continuous iteration and experimentation
- Native level spoken and written English
Ideally you have...
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, business or other related field
- You have experience in Finance or Management Consulting
- You have intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
