Manages field based Sales Executives to achieve annual recurring revenue growth. Develops and executes on tactical plans to achieve team sales goals. 

  • Manage end to end sales process including engagement of appropriate resources such as Field Sales Engineers and Professional Services
  • Demonstrate the ability to drive a tenured Account Executive team to new levels through hands-on management, leadership, mentoring and coaching
  • Work with target accounts at CXO level as well as with Line of Business leaders across complex organizations
  • Diligently monitor pipeline, sales in progress, activity, and new prospects using pipeline sales cycle management techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 8+ years sales management experience (Director level)
  • Experience managing sales teams in medium enterprise level accounts
  • Experience selling HCM solutions to medium enterprise level accounts
  • Strong presentation skills
