We are now looking to add a Director of Sales Operations to #TeamGreen based in North America. This role can be based out of our Denver HQ or sit remotely.


As a Director of Sales Ops., you would be responsible for management of account and territory strategy, partner support and program maintenance, Sales Compensation and SalesOps program management.


What you will be doing:

Program Management

  • Work with VP, Global Sales Operations and team to manage and support projects for SalesOps and our stakeholders

Sales Compensation

  • Management of the sales comp process, working with Sales Comp Manager and finance to ensure accuracy 
  • Oversee generation of ICPs to the field
  • Training on new comp plan each FY
  • Management of sales comp throughout the year, designing plans for new hires and answering questions from field

Top of Revenue Funnel Execution

  • Implement automation of processes within Salesforce to scale for growth
  • Analyze lead flow processes, make recommendations, and execute for performance, eliminating friction in the sales process

Partner Program

  • Work with Partner and Sales Development Leaders to optimize processes and scale for growth
  • Refinement of salesforce dashboards and reporting to support Leads and Partners
  • Manage small team of resources (3)

Project Management

  • Oversee and contribute to internal initiatives and projects as they come up
  • Oversee and contribute to ongoing operations (entire revenue funnel) process improvement

  • Salesforce management and analysis
  • Oversee workflow rules in Salesforce from a business perspective
  • Oversee Salesforce data cleansing/data integrity
  • Proven team management and program experience, with effective influencing skills
  • Excellent communication at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Process and tool/system design experience
  • Salesforce Admin certification preferred

  • Proven business leader with demonstrable experience executing successfully on implementing new business capabilities, programs and processes
