What You'll Do:
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of an organization with an outstanding product, operation and culture. We are seeking an experienced leader who will be responsible for strategic input, project oversight, process improvement, team leadership and tactical execution of Sales Operations - serving as a primary partner to the global VPs of Sales. This individual will be critical in driving the performance of our sales organization as well as laying the foundation that will enable continued scalable growth.

- Partner with and advise Sales Leaders on strategic direction and manage supporting activities.
- Lead Global Sales Operations team to support our Sales organization, business systems and internal processes.
- Understand and ensure successful implementation of operational best practices across Sales.
- Define objectives and measure performance to drive team to hit key milestones - including bookings growth, deal structure optimization, sales productivity and retention improvements.
- Support Sales planning efforts and ensure they are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed throughout the organization.
- Refine customer segmentation, lead territory design and management to enhance acquisition, renewal, and upsell/cross sell processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement. Eliminate operational bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Create and maintain documentation of sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials.
- Design and execute quoting processes, tools and governance of approval authority.
- Analyze operational metrics and deliver meaningful insights to the business, define and deliver methods to improve sales performance.
- Build and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business reviews.
- Work with Sales leadership, Finance and HR to develop incentive programs and compensation planning.
- Identify and implement best practices for Sales tools user experience, adoption, data integrity and reporting.
- Produce and review actionable sales reporting and BI tools for sales reps, managers and sales leaders.
- Drive key projects to support strategic initiatives by working across functions and provide visibility to executive sponsors.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent degree
- 7+ years' experience in Sales Operations or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' leadership experience
- Proficiency with Sales tools, including Salesforce.com
- Executive leadership and communication skills
