Why we’re hiring
We're rapidly growing and looking for a Director of Sales Enablement who will help establish and scale the sales organization at Alloy. You will report to the Head of Sales and work collaboratively with the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales and Marketing leadership. You bring extensive knowledge of developing and scaling the necessary tools, content, training, process, and best practices to support the sales force and ensure they succeed in reaching Alloy’s objectives.
What you’ll be doing
Developing content and coaching:
- Creating training content for new Sales, Client Success, Solutions Consultant and Partner-facing talent and coaching / up-leveling for the existing team
- Developing and share information about the key techniques, practices, and tools that can support the work of the Sales, Client Success, and Solutions Consultant teams
- Partnering with the product marketing and content teams to develop effective sales materials such as pitch decks and collateral as well as ensuring that the sales team is well versed in this messaging and the messaging of new product and service launches
- Providing necessary support during the deal process at all stages of the opportunity
- Partnering with our RevOps team and utilize tools like our call recording software to update and tailor training programs with a focus on growth and development of the team
- Developing upsell techniques and enable our Client Success team to effectively uncover and identify new opportunities
- Working across the client facing and marketing organizations to support cross functional learning initiatives
- Playing a critical role in planning for our sales kickoff meeting
Centralizing and communicating training and product marketing content:
- Working with the client marketing enablement team to deploy the necessary training materials in our LMS for on demand training
- Developing and owning learning programs and content libraries for sales
- Identifying and measuring key progress KPI’s such as pipeline growth, sales cycle improvement and key negotiation points
