THE TEAM

This is a leadership role on Tomorrow Health’s Go to Market team. The Go to Market team is responsible for launching our marketplace for home-based care in new geographies. The Go to Market team consists of Provider Sales and Business Development, Supplier Operations, Payor Partnerships, and Network Strategy. The team partners with Payor Business Development, Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing to deliver successful new market launches. They are responsible for platform growth.

THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Director of Provider Sales and Business Development who will lead our team focused on identifying and driving adoption among new providers. Reporting to the Head of Go to Market, this person will build and lead a team focused on selling our product to a diverse array of providers – from single provider offices to large hospital systems. You will be accountable for provider adoption in each new market that we launch. 

In your first six months, you will partner with product and marketing to refine our value proposition and customize it for new geographies and provider segments. You will collaborate with our technology team to update our sales data and technology infrastructure. And you will help to lead launches in multiple new markets, including hiring local teams, defining local strategies, setting targets, developing and maintaining your own pipeline, and tracking and managing performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deeply understand the customer, the competitors, and the market through ongoing conversation and market research
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners on an ongoing basis to refine the value proposition and develop products and services to strengthen it based on customer insights
  • Develop a data-driven provider acquisition strategy; constantly re-evaluate and iterate
  • Play a leading role in broader company launch strategy, including where to launch, how to launch, and what to launch
  • Drive provider adoption by identifying prospects, reaching them, building and progressing through a significant pipeline, and onboarding providers onto our platform
  • Personally own relationships with stakeholders and key partners
  • Develop and maintain effective reporting on progress toward goals
  • Partner with the customer experience team to design support plans and ensure escalated customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively
  • Hire, develop, and performance manage a team of world-class talent

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, including 3+ in a sales leadership role
  • 5+ years of provider-facing healthcare sales experience
  • Experience in a business development capacity for a growth stage startup(s)
  • Expert in sales processes and technology, including HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical capabilities, including Google Sheets and Excel; SQL and / or Looker knowledge a plus

Salary range for this position: $180,000 - $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications
