The Role 

We are currently looking for a Director, IDD Customer Success to join our Customer Organization. . You’ll join a collaborative, multi-functional team and partner with business and healthcare experts to build a customer-centric team that enables Circulo’s multi-year roadmap to become the IDD provider of choice across the country. Deep IDD experience and knowledge will be crucial. Circulo Health is looking for people who are energized by our mission to harness emerging digital technologies to eliminate friction in the healthcare system and provide better care to the nation’s most underserved populations.

What you will do

  • Build and structure a repeatable process customer success and retention process for Circulo Health Solutions to maintain and meet new IDD customers 
  • Define, prioritize, and track comprehensive list of deliverables/metrics for the IDD Population as a Circulo Customer 
  • Develop productive working relationships with key I/DD stakeholders
  • Communicate consistent updates on progress, risks, and key milestones across the company and with the customer 
  • Assess customer needs, balance scope and priorities of the program for the entire company
  • Act as the customer advocate
  • Navigate through multiple customer activities, establishing and disseminating priorities and direction across multiple Circulo teams and organizations
  • Build a high-performing, strategic, and customer focused oriented team

Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience within the I/DD community
  • Ability to manage external relationships within the I/DD community
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the I/DD population and community
  • Practical knowledge and working experience of individual service plan (ISP)
  • Remain abreast of changes within the I/DD community
  • Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively within matrices and various organizations within Circulo Health
  • Ability to work effectively independently 
  • Ability to travel nationally ~25 - 50%
  • Experience working in a compliance organization or having worked as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) is ideal
