As the leader for our Associate Account Managers, you will focus on coaching sellers on new customer engagement, account expansion and operational excellence. The optimal candidate has a successful track record in leading one or all of the above functions. Additionally, the candidate will have a proven track record in leading, transforming and interacting with highly productive sales organizations.

Job Description

Your Impact

The successful candidate will:

  • Transform the Associate Account Managers across multiple organizational functions

  • Define and managing to specific revenue goals working jointly with cross-functional on our North America Sales teams 

  • Develop overall business planning, setting discrete annual and overlay goals, marketing, business development and corporate sales targets; and consistent measurement across all functional areas

  • Redefine go to market plan that successfully encompasses and interlocks the various routes to market harmoniously; and 

  • Create and execute field interlock with Speedboat Sales Organizations, Channel and Marketing teams

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have experience in/with: 

  • Sales leadership roles focused on Direct Sales, Channels, Renewals, Corporate/Inside Sales, Professional Services Sales and Channel Services Enablement.

  • Leading highly functioning sales organizations in the security and cloud segments.

  • Working in a highly matrixed environment that includes forging and maintaining productive relationships with Americas Business Units - Direct Sales Segments, Channel Sales, Corporate and Renewal Sales, Speedboats, Americas Field Marketing, etc.

  • Operations and significant direct sales engagement

  • Driving existing business growth and developing new, innovative, and disruptive internal partnerships 

  • Go-to-market and business analysis skills 

  • Executive presence and ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives 

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities 

  • Conceptualizing, planning, and implementing transformational solutions

"The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, the starting salary (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) is expected to be between $215,900 - $317,500/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here."
