What you will do...

• Lead as a culture ambassador that leads The Axxess Way and share our value propositions and support model both internally and externally
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver data that guides trends, goals, and performance metrics
• Inspire and create learning opportunities for the team to grow through knowledge sharing
• Ensure world-class customer service through account management by supporting and directing process improvements to streamline operations, and successful change management
• Represent Axxess by attending industry and Axxess sponsored events
• Identify new area of growth through collaboration with sales team to deliver Axxess full suite of solutions and interoperability functionality for all enterprise clients
• Partner effectively and meaningfully with internal and external constituent groups.
• Provide timely feedback to the management team on client trends, issues and needs.

What you bring...

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or related discipline required
• MBA or master's degree is desired
• 5+ years of Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, and /or Palliative Care experience
• Proven success leading a large organization through change and data driven decisions
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, inspire and build relationships at all levels
• Proven success leading a large organization through change and data driven decisions.
• Experience and knowledge of project management and product management disciplines.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
