About the Role:

  • Lead teams of Account Managers focused on upsells and cross-sells in our Mid-Market and SMB customer base.

  • Collaborate with operative peers across functions (including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to ensure customer needs and operational requirements of the Account Managers are properly addressed.

  • Addresses existing processes to ensure scalability within a high-growth customer base. “What works today will not work tomorrow”.

  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer satisfaction issues to ensure customer challenges receive proper visibility and resolution with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Meet with strategic customers to understand their security needs and how CrowdStrike will facilitate operational maturity.

  • Align territories and resources to ensure coverage to maximize customer satisfaction and ACV.

  • Forecasting accurately to management based on inputs from managers and historical trends.

  • Partner with Director of Customer Renewals to best align activities of the Renewals Specialists and Account Managers to achieve corporate objectives.

  • Recruiting and training of Account Managers and Managers of Customer Sales for aptitude, coachability, and cultural fit.

  • Coaching managers on sales strategies, technique, and best practices.

 What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quota-bearing sales roles working with customer accounts in a technology-related industry.

  • Minimum 2 years of front-line sales management.

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting.

  • Track record of leading a successful team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.

  • Outstanding presentation, written, verbal and closing skills.

  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills.

  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Channel Sales experience.

  • Ability to work remotely.
